She is survived by: her wife Holly Marie Kellogg of Farris, OK; her mother Rosetta Penner (Morton) of Farris, OK; her children, Dalton Smith (Kaitlin) of Farris, OK and Roxanne Palmer (Ethan) of Coalgate, OK; her siblings, Richard Burns of Farris, OK and Nikki Tadlock (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Keely Smith of Farris, Lyric Palmer of Coalgate and Rhythm Palmer of Coalgate. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
