She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabe Winters and Ruby Winters (Davis); her son Little Wip Bell; and her sisters, Katie Winters, Vondell Winters, Kathryne Rector and Joann Winters.
She is survived by: her husband Wink; her daughters, Karrie White (Jim) of Lane, OK and Lavona Smithart (Vernon) of Tushka, OK; her grandson Chance Bell (Waynette) of Farris, OK; her siblings, Albirta Winters of Booneville, AR, Dora Nowlin of Farris, OK, Eva Rector (Carey) of Farris, OK, Linda Collins (Jim) of Boggy Depot, OK, Geraldine Miller (Ken) of McAlester, OK and Gabe Haden Winters (Dorthy) of Farris, OK; and her brother-in-law Coy McCarty of Antlers, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
