She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Samuel and Ruth Lee Hembree (McClendon); her aunts, Merlene Dolchok (Mack), Odessa Howard and Annabel Nanney (Earl); and her parents-in-law, Rufus and Irene Goff.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Roy Goff of Farris, OK; her children, Kristi Goff of Farris, OK and Timothy Goff of Farris, OK; her grandchildren, Maeson Goff, Greyson Goff of Farris, OK, Tanner O'Bannion (Cassandra Lynn) of Atoka, OK and Ty O'Bannion of Farris, OK; her great grandchild Asher Ray O'Bannion of Atoka, OK; and her brothers, Sam Hembree (Rose) of Antlers, OK and Mike Hembree of Farris, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dearly loved friends and family.
