He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell Tune and Cena Grace Tune of Fargo; and his brother Tommy Curtis Tune, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet of Slaughterville; his siblings, Patsy Clear of Mustang, Bill Tune of Fargo, Scott Tune of Ashland and Cindy Bentley of Shattuck; his sons, Jerry Wayne Tune, Jr. (Sherry) of Choctaw, Shaun Tune (Jennifer) of Grapevine and Bradley Tune (Heather) of Brighton, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Conner, Chandler, Caleb, Baker Tune, Rebecca Pierce and Kristy Tilson.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, Jerry wanted donations to go to the American Cancer Society or the Fraternal Order of Police.
