He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen F. Crouse and Elsie Crouse (Teeters). He is survived by: his daughter Dana Everett (Jerry) of Enid; his brother Dwight Crouse (Lavina) of Fargo; his grandchildren, Jalyn Everett of Enid and Jenson Everett of San Diego, California; his nieces, Tonya Rowe (Tom) of Enid and Kristi Goff (Mike) of Fargo; his nephew Greg Crouse (Desiree) of Leedey; and his great-nephews, Hunter Goff and Chandler Hofen.
