With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Bowmaker of Fairview, Oklahoma, born in Independence, Kansas, who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dalsing and Mary Dalsing (Lehrke); her spouse Marion Bowmaker; her siblings, Virgil Dalsing, James Dalsing, Agnes Sunderland and Rita Fischer; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Anna Bowmaker; and her daughter Mary.

She is survived by: her sister Charlene Bridges of Clovis, California; and her children, Phillip Bowmaker (Tresa) of Oklahoma City, Donovan Bowmaker (Sandra) of Weatherford, OK, JoAnne Kessens (Mark) of Cache, OK, Susan Wren (Brian) of Webber Falls, OK and LaDonna Lock (Jason) of Bemidji, MN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to Center of Family Love in Okarche, OK.
