Nella Jean Davis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nella Jean Davis of Fairview, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn St. Clair Wheeler and Hettie Agnes Ritter Wheeler; her husband John Calvin "Cal" Davis; her siblings, Mary Helen Lehenbauer and Leroy Wheeler; and her siblings-in-law, Merl Lehenbauer, Robert "Bob" Davis, Velma Davis and Kay Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Davis Barby of Cheney, KS, John Robert "Bob" Davis (Holly) of Fairview, OK and Sally Davis Jantz (Terry) of Lindsay, OK.; and her sister-in-law Hazel Wheeler. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fairview Funeral Home Inc. (221 N Main St, Fairview, OK 73737). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Methodist Church (811 E Elm St, Fairview, OK 73737). A burial will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Methodist Church, with the Fairview Funeral Home, Inc., acting as custodian.
