He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophia Francis and Elferd Cornelsen; and his sister Sharon Hett (Calvin Kenneth Cornelsen) of Palmer, Alaska. He is survived by: his son-in-law Andrew; his wife Tamara Rene of Fairview; his brother Sherman Ray of Kiowa; his nephew Troy of Kiowa; his children, Bryan Phillip (Briana) and Mikala Fleites (Frank); his granddaughter Isabella of Tampa, Florida; his stepchildren, Stephen Luis Lord of Fairview and Lindsey Anne Fleming (Andrew) of Enid; and his grandchildren, Torrey Anne Fleming and Jackson William Fleming.
