He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Faye; his daughter Sue Graham; his parents, Enos Dow and Georgia Dow; his siblings, Warden Dow, Mary Gosney and Georgetta Levings; and his great grandchildren, Levi Caiden Lively and Tanner White.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry White (David) of Moore, OK., Jan Voth (Dennis) of Longdale, OK., Jerri Baker (Keith) of Cleo Springs, OK. and Steve Dow (Yvonne) of Tallahassee, FL.; his brother Porter Dow (Alresa) of Ft Worth, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Rachel Dow of Fairview, OK. and Joyce Couch of Hayesville, KS.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren.
