He is survived by: his wife Elane Upchurch; his daughter Christine Puckett of Mannford; his daughter-in-law Valerie McCamy; his grandchildren, Sara, Steven, Matthew and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Austynn, Jaxon, Grayson, Bailey and Anderson; and his stepchildren, Michael and Robin Hatfield.
