He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Holle Poindexter (Chris) of Fairmont and Jay Ellis (Stacy) of Lawrence, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Zoe Lamunyon and Aaron Poindexter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
