He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Golden (James Oakley), Mike Cox (Denice) of Fairland and Judy Upton (Dale) of Oklahoma City; his nieces and nephews, Jason Golden (Erica Woodward), Justin Hill of Fairland, Misty Ellison (Marcus), Jerod Hill of Fairland, Kenton Kamolz (Kayla) of Woodward, Jacob Kamolz (Sarah) of Moore and Travis Kamolz of Bixby; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stran Golden, Cooper Ellison, Case Ellison, Breckyn Ellison, Emaline Kamolz, Kade Kamolz, Hannah Kamolz, Weston Kamolz, Anna Kamolz, Kierston Scott and Kase Scott.
