It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Ray Dugan (Fairland, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 14, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dannel Ray Dugan and Mary "Maxine" Babst (Reed); his daughters, Shelley Weaver (Shane) of Fairland and Stephanie Gragg (Charles); his sister Carrol Caviness of Bartlesville; his stepsister Penny King; and his grandchildren, Cody Drosche, Josh Gragg and Matthew Gragg.
