He is survived by: his parents, Caleb Shelby Cook and Kimberly Lyn McKinney; his brothers, Colt, Ruger and Remington; his grandparents, Darren, Teddi McKinney, Jerry and Zoe Halcrombe; his great-grandparents, Doyle, Wanda Heath and Mary Cook; his aunts and uncles, Taylor Kennedy, Cody Kennedy (Caleb), Christy Neave (Martin), Tramayne Webster, Ashley Halcrombe and Jerry Halcrombe Jr.; his great-grandparents, Darrell McKinney, Sammie Lou Poplin, Louis Cook, Ben and Amie Halcrombe; his great-aunts, Dawn Morris, Mary Strickland and Altha Ann Fowler; and his cousins, Garrett Gibson and Noah Cook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
