We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, at the age of 86, Barbara Carter of Fairfax, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Carter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Whaley and Ora Whaley; her former husband John Charles Stevens (Jack) of Golden; and her husband James. She is survived by: her granddaughter Kaitlen; her children, Dawn Carrico (Cris) of Rockford, Cheryl Carter of Fairfax and J. Scott Carter of Thornton; her grandchildren, Jeff Williams (Jenna) of St. Louis, Justin Williams (Brooke) of Logandale and Jillian Lambrechtsen (Frans) of Castle Rock; and her great grandchildren, Brielle, Brylee, Jace, Olivia, Harper, Madelyn, Wilhelm and Hugh. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and her eight great-grandchildren, as well as with her son-in-law.
