She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Pendergraft and Maggie Pendergraft (Mayhan); and her son Brian Tennal. She is survived by: her son Sean Leslie Tennal (Pauline JoAnn) of Eufaula; and her grandson Patrick Leslie Tennal of Oklahoma City.
