He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Lee "Bud" Lyon and Dorothy Jane Lyon (Gaither); his brother Jack Lyon; and his parents-in-law, Loyd and Betty English.
He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Shelley (Michael McGehee) of Byng, Oklahoma., Jake (Keri Lyon) of Glenpool and Andrew (CC Lyon) of Lindsay, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Malory McGehee, Mason (Makenzie McGehee), Chase McGehee, Anna Lyon, Patrick Lyon, Adam Lyon and William Lyon.
