It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Billings (Eufaula, Oklahoma), who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sewell and Bessie Sewell (Tubbee); and her sons, Jack and Donald McGrouder. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Warren Billings; and her sons, Doug Billings of Oklahoma City, OK and Steve Billings (Billie) of Okemah. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
