With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Lee Pettit of Eufaula, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 14, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Walter Lee is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Marie Pettit (Pickering) and Gerald Pettit; and his daughter Michelle Bruno. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Sexton; his daughter Janelle Hyatte of Fort Worth; his brother-in-law Eugene Sexton (Carrol); and his grandchildren, Tyler Webber, Ryan Burns, Michael Bruno, Bryant Yeager, Carleen Hyatte and Reed Hyatte. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
