She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Watson and Winey Mae Billy (Fish); her former spouse Artemio Maldonaldo; her daughter Tisha Franklin; and her siblings, Richmond Carr and Martha Carr.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Franklin; her son Lester Franklin Jr.; her grandchildren, Manuel Franklin, Sarah Franklin, Rachael Franklin and Maressa Franklin; her sister Polly Billy Ataddlety; and her friend Margie Carr.
