She is survived by: her husband Edward Phillips; her children, Doug Phillips (Debbie), Kirk Phillips and Shea Dobbs (Albert); and her siblings, Lang Pittman, Iwanna Heelsink and Tonya Beaver. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
