He is survived by: his fiancé Maranell Howell; his father John Graham; his children, Scott Welch (Melinda Mach) of Fort Smith, Dillon Welch (Ny Tran) of Oklahoma City, Jacob Howell, Lily Howell, Jillian Clark, Erika Salgado and Daniel Howell; his siblings, Tommy Welch of McAlester, Mike Welch (Carol) of Florida, Roy Welch (Carol) of Kiowa, Katina Apel (Paul) of St. Louis and Sandy Welch of Kansas; and his grandchildren, Enzo Welch, Leon Welch and Samuel Welch.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory (401 N Main St, Eufaula, OK 74432). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eufaula First Free Will Baptist Church (1050 Birkes Rd, Eufaula, OK 74432).
