He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sue Carter; his children, Brandon M. Gulley of Houston, TX, Rachell P. Jones (Evan Jones) of Eufaula, OK, Matthew T. Gulley of Eufaula, OK, Katie E. Stevens (Randy Trent) of Eufaula, OK and Hannah M. Gulley of Muskogee, OK; his brother Richard Gulley of McClain, OK; his grandchildren, Gary Jones (Lizze Jones), Savanna Dixon, Parris Wingo, London Wingo, Braylen Gulley, Willow Stevens and Olive Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Adleigh Jones, Asher Jones and Logan Crossno.
