He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Heaven; his parents, Eugene Tolbert and Maxine Tolbert (England); his wife Loretta; his children, Tifany Gean Tolbert-Chapman (Andrew) of Cleveland and Wesley Eugene Tolbert (Darcy) of Terlton; his grandchildren, Mersadies Clewien, Atticus Chapman, Kayson and Kolson Tolbert; his sisters, Judy Mulliniks of Eufaula, Colleen Tolbert (Darlene Tolbert) and Kelli Oss of Canadian Shores; his grandparents, William Burr and Iva Newell England (Bean); his daughter Julie Joan Tolbert; and his siblings, Timothy Dean Tolbert and Kathy Arlene McNabb (Tolbert). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
