He is survived by: his children, Mekia Burns (Craig), Carole Hilbern (Wayne), Phillip Aaron McIntosh (Susan) and Isaiah McIntosh (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Leslie of James, C. W., Laynee, Katy, Ashton, Jadyn and Jaxyn. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, other extended family members and a lifetime of friends.
