She is survived by: her children, Willie Timothy Proctor III of Henryetta, Nicholas Waylon Proctor of Tahlequah, Etta Proctor of Tulsa, Fannie Proctor of Tulsa, Emma Proctor of Eufaula and Crystal Proctor of Tulsa; her brothers, Charles Mitchell of Tulsa and Gary Mitchell of Dustin; and her stepsister Sally Taylor of Henryetta. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.
