She was predeceased by: her parents, Salomon D. Lewis and Alice Lewis (Goad); her husbands, Bill Fleming and Jay Slape; her son Harold Duncan Fleming; and her siblings, Naomi Sue Gordon, Coriene Emerson (Happy), Chief Anderson Lewis, Robert Alvis Lewis (Cotton) and Imagene Leezy.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Clay Fleming, Bert Andrew Fleming, Sr. and Anderson Patrick Fleming; her grandchildren, Sara Lynn Fleming, Jessica Dawn Thornburg, Bert Fleming, Jr., Kelly Fleming and Kimberly Dawn Fleming; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Thornburg, Emma Thornburg, Andrew Fleming and Sheridan Fleming. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
