With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Alan Dacus of Eufaula, Oklahoma, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 2, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Hames and Thelma Irene Dacus (Simmonds); his wife Laurie Dacus; and his son Jeffrey Alan Dacus. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel James Dacus of Portland, OR, Stephen Michael Dacus (Leslie) of Fayetteville, AR and William Joseph Dacus (Katie) of Midland, TX; his grandchildren, Elle Dacus, Audrey Dacus, Olivia Dacus, Bennett Dacus and Mica Dacus; and his sister Kathy Safreed.
