She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Shivers (Hawkins) and Lonzo Shivers of Stidham, OK.; her husband Dennis Shaver; her sister Sue; and her son-in-law Tom.

She is survived by: her children, Connie Viles (Sam), David (Joyce) and Kenny (Sheila); her grandchildren, Monica Lawrence (Scott), Cynthia Chiles (Lorenzo), Sara Watkins (Daniel), Kasi Powell (Tyler) and Ben (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Gracee, Brooklyn, Cassidee McAlister, Coda and Chett; and her sister Cindy McMinn (Brad).

A memorial service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eufaula First Free Will Baptist Church (1050 Birkes Rd, Eufaula, OK 74432).
