He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis (Narcomey); and his siblings, Phillip Lewis and Frankie Carr. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Lewis, Michael Lewis (Stephanie) and Lance Lewis (Heather); and his siblings, Clifford Lewis of Edmond, Christine McIntosh-Breeden of Eufaula, Shirlene Lewis-Ade of Wetumka and Remona Hill of Nashville, Illinois. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
