He is survived by: his wife Linda Ray Cook; his daughter Staci Wilburn (Ricky) of Eufaula; his grandchildren, Destani, Mabry, Caleb of Muskogee, Haliee Dunlap and Zackery of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Evelynne, Emberly, Scarlett, Ashton and Gideon.
