He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Palmer and Flossie Palmer (Lemons); his sister Barbara Hope of Oklahoma City; and his daughter Bonita "Sue" Shaw of Sand Springs. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Cromley of Kansas City, MO, Sheri Lynn Yocham (Kevin) of Broken Arrow, OK, Billy Palmer (Tammy) of McAlester, OK and James Richard Palmer of Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
