He is survived by: his parents, Karie Mastin and Joshua Mastin; his siblings, Kolbi, Evelyn and Gunner; his grandparents, Shelly, Gary Kay, Gene and Heather Mastin; his great-grandparents, Judy, James Buehner, Lonnie, Kathy Kay and Virginia Campbell; his aunt Nina Mastin; and his uncle Brandon Kay.
