He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Quinton Sr. and Mary Ann Morgan (Underwood); and his siblings, Donna Beasley, Wanda Morgan, Johnny Joe Morgan and David Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Joann Dale; his children, Lee (Sonda) of Oklahoma City, OK, Larry Knox (Melissa) of Little Ax, OK and Melissa Morgan of McLoud, OK; his siblings, Samuel Morgan (Brenda) of Dardanelle, AR and Rita Smith (Johnny) of Blanchard, OK; and his grandchildren, Hunter C. Morgan, Angelica Rene Morgan, Ethan Leach and Kaleb Seger.
