It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Louise Mills (Eufaula, Oklahoma), born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Mills; her daughter Patricia Proffitt; her sisters, Catherine Cochran and Betty Helter; and her parents, Harry Kidd and Margaret Kidd.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Mills (Patsy) of Lake Dallas and Richard Mills (Joann) of Eufaula; and her brother Harry Lee Kidd (Virginia) of Watauga. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, four great-grandsons, two great-great-grandchildren.
