She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Deere and Lana Lewis Mitchell; and her siblings, George Deere, Martin Mitchell, Jr. and Laura Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Cornelius McIntosh; her sons, George McIntosh (Susan) of Holdenville, Rick McIntosh (Lynda) of Oklahoma City, Brennan McIntosh (Lara) of Mustang and Aaron McIntosh of Eufaula; and her siblings, Charles Ray Mitchell of Tulsa and Marilyn Proctor of Eufaula. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
