He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Adams and Dewilma Adams; his sons, Clifton Joe Adams and Wayne Adams; and his siblings, John Earl Adams and Deanna Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Smart; his daughters, Kimberly Michelle (Michael Cook) of Eufaula, OK and Christina Rena (Juan Zambrano) of Virginia; his siblings, Patricia Pixley of Moore, OK and Michael Adams of Moore, OK; his sister-in-law Carrie Adams of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Jessica Thomas, Christopher Rothove, Mackenzie Maxwell and Erin Hand; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Thomas, Jonathan "Brett" Thomas and Brooklyn Thomas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
