With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lee Masingale (Eufaula, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 1, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnathan Blumquist and Phyllis Mary Ellsworth (Roark); and her siblings, Bob Ellsworth, Joyce Brooks and Patti Hemenway.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Bailey (Pam) of Eufaula, Jim Ellsworth, Deana Lee of Eufaula and Billy Masingale of Checotah; and her sisters, Dena Jordan of Newark, CA and Barbara Ellsworth of Manteca, CA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
