He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Stites and Vivian Stites (McDonald); and his grandson Collin Phillippi. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Rhodes; his daughters, Angie Phillippi (Jeff) of Stillwater, OK and Cindy Burks (Chuck) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Josh Phillippi (Kendall), Sarah Phillippi, Chloe Burks Wright (Kaleb) and Cailin Burks Schnare (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Phillippi, Avary Phillippi, Beau Phillippi, Camden Schnare and Weston Wright.
