She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Smith (Cindy) of Arizona, Charles Thomas Smith (Laurie) of Eufaula, John Allen Smith of Eufaula, Janet Smith of Sand Springs and Earlene Mae Smith of Arizona; and her brother Paul Noah (Tara) of Durant, OK. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
