He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Sizemore; his nephew Seth Mortensen; his niece Jill Mortensen; and his great-niece Jill. He is survived by: his mother Veola Ivon Sizemore (Alexander); and his sisters, Denice Leigh Jarvis of Eufaula and Heather Sizemore of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
