He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Lewallen; his grandparents, Alfred, Etta Pearce, Janie Scott, Rufus Charles and Benjamin Lewis; and his nephew Stephen Duncan.
He is survived by: his mother Wilma Lewis (Pearce); his wife Michelle Jackson; his son Anthony; his sisters, Stephanie Lewis Duncan and Nancy Lewis Boling; his stepson Johnathan Bullard; his grandson Johnathan Bullard, Jr.; his niece Alyssa Duncan; and his nephews, Jacob Lewis, MaKaleb Duncan, James Duncan and Stephen Boling. He is also survived by one great nephew, three great nieces and cousins.
