He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Francis Marie Franklin (Workman); and his son Jeffery Lee Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Penny Franklin; his daughters, Kimberly Copeland of Hawaii, Sheri Mattern of McAlester, Elizabeth McDaniel of McAlester, Jordan Franklin of Oklahoma City and Angie Denny (Jack) of Hoyt; and his siblings, Jeffery Franklin of West Hill, CA, Sandra Beuer (Greg) of Paso Robles, CA and Cynthia Rodriguez of San Dimas, CA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
