He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Thomas and Leola Roork Thomas; his former wife Sherry Shaver; his children, Bobby Thomas and Jayne Helton; and his brother John Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Thomas of Checotah; his children, Dennis Thomas (Shellie) of Checotah, Stacey Renier (David) of Santa Maria, CA and Raelyn Glover (Danny Whitman) of Oktaha; and his siblings, Judy Wood (Bill) of Checotah and Scott Thomas (Debbie) of Checotah. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
