He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hooten and Aulcia Hooten (Farmer); and his siblings, Nellie Curtis, Charles and Donald Ray Hooten.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jones; his children, Susan Webb of Yale, Melissa Webb of Longtown and Randy Webb of Locust Grove; his grandchildren, Caleb Anderson, Aaron Chambers (Kadie), Zach Anderson, Anna Johnson, Alex Webb, Gavin Webb (Nate Cheatham), Kassidy Beaver (Aaron), Cody Gaspar (Mikki Jo) and Samantha Gaspar; his great grandchildren, Spencer and Savannah Chambers; his brother Paul Hooten; and his sister-in-law Modine Hooten.
