He is survived by: his aunt Connie Hampton; his uncle Clarence Metcalf of Eucha; his son Kingston Carl Metcalf; his sister-in-law Amber Pennypacker; and his siblings, Tristina Pittman (Kyle) of Tia Juana, Oklahoma, Wendy Shankle of Ulysses and Nick Hampton of Ulysses, Kansas.
