He is survived by: his wife Donna Caywood; his sons, Chris Caywood of Eucha and Casey (Brandi Caywood) of Eucha, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christopher (Cassie Tanner) of Grove, Oklahoma, Chakota, Courtney and Cadence; his great grandchildren, Cannon and Emma; and his sister Kathy Caywood of Disney, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
