She is survived by: her husband Brad Carter of Eucha, OK; her sons, Matthew Carter (Ashley) of Locust Grove, OK and Josh Carter of Cleveland, OK; and her siblings, Jerry Buzzard (Pam) of Cleveland, OK, Gary Buzzard (Gayle) of Cleveland, OK, Carol Buzzard of Disney, OK and Dakota Buzzard of Cleveland, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
