She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lafayette Scott and Jewel Opal Scott-Crothers (Mayes); her daughter Lois Duffield-Lane (Dianne); her stepfather Jack Crothers; her husband Jesse Merle Duffield; her granddaughter Mechelle Dianne Starr (Vernon); her sons-in-law, Adrian Haggard and Gordon Lane; and her grandchildren-in-law, Robert D. Brown and Jerri Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Carroll Lee Duffield-Haggard and Jesse Wayne Duffield of Eucha, OK; her brother Garrett Benny Scott (Jill) of Reno, Nevada; her grandchild Twenty; and her great grandchild Twenty. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
