He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymon Luther Herbaugh and Nellie Mae Herbaugh of Broken Bow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Herbaugh; his children, Michael Musteen of Bentonville, Robert Raymond Herbaugh of Omaha, Rocky Ray Herbaugh of Jay, Oklahoma. and Rachel Rae Griffin (Jessie Griffin) of Highfill, Arkansas.; his brothers, Larry Herbaugh (Brenda) of Prattville, Gerald Herbaugh (Shirley) of Centerton and Douglas Herbaugh of Centerton, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Lyric, Boland Griffin, Hadley and Heidi Ames.
